Mindful Nature: Calm, Create & Connect
Slow down, breathe, and connect with the world around you. In this calming session, children will explore mindfulness through gentle nature walks, creative art activities, and moments of reflection. From making leaf rubbings and nature mandalas to listening deeply to birdsong, each activity encourages calm focus, self-expression, and appreciation for the natural world.
Location/Environment:
Woodland, park, school grounds, or classroom with outdoor access

What will we do?:
- Take part in gentle, mindful nature walks

- Also available as a relaxing outdoor party theme
- Optional activities: movement with 'The Elements', mandala/pattern creations, sun catchers with natural materials, simple meditation techniques, exploring seasonal colours
