Adult Facial Reconstruction Workshop Evenings

These relaxed, hands-on workshops explore how faces can be reconstructed from skeletal remains using a combination of anatomy, osteology, forensic science, archaeology and artistic interpretation.

Perfect for anyone interested in:

  • anatomy and bones
  • archaeology and history
  • forensic science
  • museums and conservation
  • art and sculpture
  • true crime and investigations

No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and an open mind.

During the evening we’ll explore, through a short presentation and guided discussion:

  • tissue depth and facial structure
  • the history and science behind reconstruction
  • how experts rebuild faces from skeletal remains
  • fascinating real-world examples and case studies
