First Aid Heroes: Basic First Aid & CPR
Become a first aid hero! In this engaging and practical workshop, children will learn the basics of first aid and CPR through fun, hands-on activities. From treating simple cuts and grazes to practicing recovery positions and CPR on training manikins, this session gives children the confidence to help in an emergency — skills that could one day save a life.
Location/Environment:
Classroom, school hall, community centre, or suitable indoor or outdoor space
What’s included:
First aid kits, manikin for CPR practice (or BYO teddy!), bandages and activity sheets
What will we do?:
- Learn how to stay calm and call for help in an emergency
- Practice CPR and recovery positions in a safe, supportive way
- Explore how to treat everyday injuries like cuts, grazes, and burns
- Understand the importance of safety and responsibility when helping others
